Our
basic make-at-home ayurvedic skin care recipes are customized
for each of the five types of skin--Space, Air, Fire, Water and
Earth. Used regularly, these mixes will help your skin stay healthy
and beautiful.
Each
set of recipes includes a cleansing mix, a steaming
herbs mix and an internal cleansing tea recipe. The
recipes are all-natural, and the mixes can be made at home and
stored for daily use.
Ingredients
are ayurvedic herbs, spices and/or dried flowers, and should be
available at your local health food store or online. Choose organic
ingredients if you can find them.
Recipe sheets include directions on making, storage and use; and
give brief explanations of the healing values of each ingredient.
The recipes can be mailed out as hard copies or e-mailed as Microsoft
Word document attachments, whichever you prefer.
