Honey-Drizzled Papaya for Kapha

You will need:

  • 1 cup diced ripe papaya
  • 1 pinch crushed cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp organic raw honey
  • 1 tbsp warm water

Combine the warm water, honey, lemon juice and cardamom in a bowl and whisk well.

Place the papaya in a dessert bowl and drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit.

Serve immediately.
