Methods
We accept the major credit cards--MasterCard, Visa, American Express
and Discover. You may also pay with a personal check or a Money
order in U.S. dollars. However, if you pay by personal check,
please bear in mind that the merchandise will not be shipped until
your check has cleared, which could take up to five business days.

It's easy and available 24/7. You don't need to register to order,
but if you do sign up for an account, ordering next time will
be quicker.

Order
by Mail
Mail your completed order form with your payment to AyurBalance,
Inc., 2735 Heathrow Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. The information
should include your name, mailing address, ship to address, e-mail
address, telephone number, item descriptions or codes and quantities,
and credit card number, expiration date and bill to name and address.
Please do not forget to add shipping & handling and tax if
applicable.
Privacy
Your
privacy is important to us. We will not divulge your personal
information to anyone or rent, sell or exchange your name or e-mail
address.
Shipping
Orders
placed by 1.00 pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday will be
processed that same day. Orders received after 1.00 pm will be
processed the following day. Orders received from 1.00 pm Mountain
Time Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
All
of the items in one order must be sent to a single "ship
to" address, and all orders must be shipped to a US street
address. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or
to an APO/FPO address. At this time, we do not ship outside the
United States. The dollar value on an order, inclusive of shipping
and tax if applicable, is limited to US $300.00 at this time.
We
may ship by UPS Ground or USPS, including Priority Mail, at our
discretion to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Back Ordered Items
If an item you order is not in stock, it will be automatically
backordered and shipped when it becomes available, unless you
ask us to cancel the backorder. When the backordered item(s) ship,
your credit card will be charged only for the merchandise and
tax--you will not be charged additional Shipping & Handling.
Sales Tax
Colorado residents must pay sales tax at appropriate rates.
Returns
and Exchanges
As
your partners in your self-care efforts, our goal is your complete
satisfaction. We pride ourselves on the care that goes into the
making of the products we offer, and every single one of our products
comes backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not
100% pleased with the products you purchase from us, simply return
them within 30 days of the date of your invoice for a full refund
of the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping and handling
fee charged on your original order. Please call ahead for a return
authorization code.
To
ensure prompt delivery and to help track packages, we recommend
that returns be sent via UPS Ground. Returns must be sent with
shipping prepaid; we do not accept CODs. Please include the returns
form sent with your original order for quick processing. If the
returns form is not available, please make sure you include a
sheet of paper with your name, address, telephone number, e-mail
address, original order number if you have it, names of items
returned with quantities, and your reasons for returning the products
in your returns package. Return products securely packed in the
original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

It
may take up to four weeks to process your return. When the return
is processed, the credit card used for the original purchase will
be credited with the purchase price of the returned products.
For products paid for with a check or money order, a refund check
will be mailed to your address.
For
goods damaged in transit or wrong goods shipped, AyurBalance will
arrange for return shipping by issuing a UPS Call Tag. Please
call Customer Service at 1-888-479-5873 to arrange for an exchange.
